Library Plans Author History Chat with Dr. Charles McNair | Books & Authors
WATERTOWN – The Watertown Library Association will welcome local author Dr. Charles McNair at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 17 at 470 Main St.
Dr. McNair will discuss his third and latest novel, “The Shape of Fear.” Based on true events, the book is set in the Huertgan Forest during the fall-winter of 1944, on the Belgium/German border. It deals with the four combat arms of both sides: artillery, armor, infantry and air forces as well as the medical personnel.
Familiarity with the novel is not necessary in order to participate. A Q&A session will be included where attendees can pose questions regarding the new and previous books.
Dr. McNair’s books will be available for purchase at the presentation. Payments may be made by cash or check only.
