National best-selling author makes way to Lawton for ‘Big Read’ event
LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) – A national best-selling author will soon be making her way to Lawton.
The Arts and Humanities Division of Lawton will be hosting a reading, Q&A, book signing, and bingo drawing featuring best-selling author Mary Roach.
The event is part of the National Endowment for the Arts’ special Big Read event, encouraging meaningful connections through the shared experience of reading.
It’ll all be happening next Friday in Cameron University’s Ross Hall Auditorium at six in the evening.
